What you'll do.

You'll take client projects from the first scoping call to a live agent in production, then keep improving them as real conversations come in.

Scope client builds with the team and the client
Build voice agents, chat agents and automations
Wire them into CRMs, calendars, help desks and phone lines
Ship to production and improve them month to month

01Production AI engineeringYou've built AI software in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript that runs in production settings. Not toy demos.
02Software engineering fundamentalsA deep understanding of software development and engineering concepts, with experience in modern frameworks like React and Next.js.
